Purchase agreement

IN CONSIDERATION OF THE COVENANTS and agreements contained in this Purchase Agreement the parties to this Agreement agree as follows.

 

Sale of goods are fully explained by C.B.C salesperson. Order confirmation included styles, fabrics and price are agreed by customers. Customers has the right to choose a right fabric base on personal favor. Designed height and styles are made based on customers needed. C.B.C Manufacturing Inc. is not responsible for fabric color and shading. Custom made styles are not changeable once the fabric is ordered.

 

Purchase Price and Payment

The Buyer will accept the Goods and pay for Goods with sum. 50% deposit request on confirm order date. Full balance amount MUST paid by the Buyer on the installation date.

 

Warranties

Solely for purchases made in Canada warrants to the original resident purchaser that any unit is free of manufacturing and/or material defects. Agrees to maintain a one (1) year labor warranty for any work that we have performed on your window treatment. The components of the Blinds & Shades are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for Life Warranty. Please note all man-made defects are not under warranty. Customers may request $50 in home service and request to pay for the components as needed.

 

Inspection

The Buyer has been given the opportunity to inspect the Goods or to have it inspected and the Buyer has accepted the Goods in its existing condition at the installation date. Notify the seller as any problem at the same date. Further, the Seller disclaims any exclusive warranty as to the condition of the Goods.

 

Cancellation

No Cancellation will accept all the time.

 

Return and Refund

Any return and refund will not allow on custom made items.
